This was our 2nd house purchase with the Langs. Their level of professionalism and knowledge is unmatched. They went above and beyond in their search and in every other aspect to help us find the right house. There's just not enough space to fill with all of the things we love about them!!! Sharon and Dewitt were the best I could have ever hoped for as a first time home buyer. They were knowledgeable on all aspects of the home buying process and had answers for all of our (many) questions. They knew what to look for in homes to ensure that we weren't getting in over our heads and were quick to let us know if something was wrong with the houses we were looking at (foundation issues, termite issues, etc.) This knowledge was not something a person inherently has but comes with years of experience and insight into the entire housing process. Our journey moving from Colorado to Arizona took approximately 10 months when we decided to build a home rather purchase a resale. During this time we have gotten to know Dewitt and Sharon Lang very well. To begin with, they are truly great people first and foremost.
